#Method of preparation:
First of all, we finely chopped onion, green chilli and tomato and made a paste of ginger and garlic in a vessel.
After that, we put it in the cooker and by then, I had cleaned the chickpeas which I had added last night for frying.
After that, the oil was heated. After that, I added a little ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri fenugreek, bay leaf and cinnamon stick together and fried them a little.
After that, I added finely chopped onion and green chilli and kept stirring them till they became brown.
After that, I added tomatoes to it and added a little salt so that the tomatoes melt well.
After the tomatoes were chopped, I put all the spices that I had in a bowl, which I had kept for serving, in a bowl.
After that, I cooked the spices by adding some water for about 15 to 20 minutes and then added a little water to it and left it for 15-20 minutes.
After that, I added gram lentils to it and kept it aside for whistling.
