The jaggery that is made in the indigenous way is absolutely pure, while the one made in factories at the commercial level also uses chemicals. So eating indigenous jaggery is very beneficial for health and I buy it in large quantities. In winter, we eat wax gourd, jaggery and other dry ingredients are in it, while in summer we mix jaggery with water and dissolve it in water and drink it. If you think that juice is formed, then it is a very good food for summer as well as for winter.
