I can remember when the Atkins diet was all the rage and I must admit it did make a lot of sense, but I would never do this. I would rather just exercise a little more each day than change up my diet. Just be aware of what you eat and train accordingly.

that has always been a system that works but people are always looking for some sort of cheat that will enable them to stuff their faces and never exercise. There actually IS something that you can do that falls into this category. It is called liposuction and there are other invasive surgeries that can accomplish this as well. For the rest of us that cannot afford this, we have to live sensibly and weight is not the only thing to consider as far as health is concerned. Most people on the Atkins diet were consuming many times the amount of fat and sodium that a person should have in a day and by the time they figure this out, it will likely be too late for them to actually change it.
