Our very first Valentines day as a married couple (2024) we opted for simple over extravagant. We set up a spread of some of our favourite foods and snacks on our small dining room table and enjoyed a cozy, love-filled evening in the comfort of our own home!
Sweet and savoury treats filled our table, from succulent barbecue ribs, cheese puffs, Oreos and milk, gummy sweeties and the star? oh those gorgeous fresh strawberries, drenched in glorious melted chocolate! Who could resist? I couldn't resist having a strawberry photoshoot before we devoured them!
With movies playing in the background and laughter filling the air, we simply enjoyed each other's company, soaking in the joy of our first Valentine's as husband and wife. Sometimes, the simplest moments make the best memories. ❤️
What is your favourite way to celebrate Valentines day? 🌹 This year we will be enjoying each others company by playing putt-putt⛳️
