Went out to Chinatown on day 1 of Chinese New Year expecting it to be less crowded. I was wrong looking at the people in Chinatown Point.

Wanted to eat at this vegetarian restaurant for lunch but went in and didn't like the two tables they showed me to and decided to walk out.
想在这家素食餐厅吃午餐，但进去后不喜欢他们给我的两个坐位，所以决定走出去。
There were other restaurants opened too which was another surprise.

They were quite busy but we got a table for two

First dish we had was this lychee pork which was quite good.

Then came the red grouper soup was OK but expensive.

Strangely, the soup was served after the soup.

The Heng Hwa Fried bee hoon had lots of veggies.

Price of dinning out on day 1 of Chinese New Year for two was almost $100.
农历新年第一天两个人出去吃饭的价格几乎是100元。
