這家平價小火鍋店，朋友一試成主顧，我總是和朋友說，人生應該嘗試各種不同的可能性，小火鍋店那麼多家，可以多試幾家，搞不好會發現令人大吃一驚的優質店家，不過，朋友總是說，別家沒有這家好，但是，您又沒試過別家，怎麼知道別家不好，但是，朋友還是常常指定要吃這間小火鍋店，於是，我們又上門用餐了。
對於這家小火鍋店，我最喜歡的是它的沙拉吧，有多種麵飯、飲料、冰淇淋及小點心，讓顧客在品嚐火鍋之餘，還能享受到豐富的附加價值，我朋友最愛吃這家的豬油拌飯，每次來都可以吃好幾碗，吃這類的小火鍋，我是不吃飯的，會影響我的戰力，我就是來吃沙拉吧的各種副食的，像是咖啡，我就可以喝到卡布奇諾、焦糖瑪奇朵、拿鐵、抹茶咖啡等，這次的小點心除了爆米花之外，還有魷魚片，好吃又刷嘴，我還蠻愛吃的。
至於，它的火鍋湯頭，真是沒話說，高達三十多種的湯頭，就連最挑剔的人，都可以找到他們的口味，食材雖然看起來並不特別高級，但因為份量充足、搭配豐富，看起來就很賞心悅目，隨著火候慢慢升高，鍋裡的湯頭開始冒泡，我們一一把肉片、蔬菜、豆腐、火鍋料放入鍋內，其實肉片在湯裡，涮個幾下就能入口，真是吃巧又吃飽。
在這樣舒適乾淨的環境用餐，人整個都放鬆下來，我邊吃邊觀察店內的顧客，看看別人是否有特別的吃法，我聽說有人可以把小火鍋弄成海鮮粥，結果，大家的吃法都蠻中規中矩的，偷看了半天，我發現到，店內有不少的顧客是學生族群，桌上拿了一堆小點心，邊吃邊笑鬧，也有獨自一人的客人，不急不徐地邊吃邊滑手機，一個人也能吃得自在，最後，我和朋友帶著滿意的心情，踏上歸途。
This budget hot pot place has basically turned my friend into a regular after just one visit. I always tell them that life’s about trying different possibilities. There are so many hot pot restaurants out there, why not explore a few more? Who knows, we might stumble upon a hidden gem that really surprises us. But my friend always insists, “No other place is as good as this one”. And I’m like, “Well, you wouldn’t know unless you actually tried!” Still, every time we go out, they end up choosing this spot again… so here we are, back at the same hot pot place.
What I like the most here is the salad bar. It’s got all kinds of noodles, rice, drinks, ice cream, and snacks. It’s a great bonus on top of the hot pot itself. My friend, on the other hand, is crazy about the lard rice—they can eat bowl after bowl of it. As for me, I don’t touch the rice when I’m having hot pot; it messes up my “battle capacity”. I’m here for the extras at the salad bar. Like coffee. I can grab cappuccino, caramel macchiato, latte, even matcha coffee. And this time, besides popcorn, they also had squid chips, which were tasty and addictive. I couldn’t stop munching on them.
As for the hot pot broth, I’ve got nothing to complain about. They have over thirty different soup bases, so even the pickiest eater can find something they like. The ingredients aren’t super fancy, but the portions are generous and the mix looks really inviting. As the broth starts bubbling, we toss in the meat, veggies, tofu, and all kinds of hot pot goodies. Honestly, the meat just needs a few quick swishes in the broth and it’s ready to eat—tender, flavorful, and satisfying.
The place itself is clean and comfortable, which makes you naturally relax while eating. I like to look around at other diners, just to see if anyone has some unique eating style. I heard some people can even turn their hot pot into a seafood porridge, but from what I saw, most people kept it pretty standard. After watching for a while, I noticed a lot of students—they pile their table with snacks, laughing and chatting as they eat. There are also solo diners who take their time, quietly enjoying their meal while scrolling on their phones. It feels cozy either way. In the end, my friend and I left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied, heading home with happy hearts.
