這家牛排館的中文名字很特別，因為有很多人字，「人从众」的中文發音同「人從眾」，想表達的就是遵從眾人的意思，而公司的理念是集合眾人之力，了解大眾需求，並做出大家滿意的餐點。
我這次吃的這家牛排館，大概是在疫情期間開幕的，說實話，那是一個最爛的開店時機，那時候，這家店主推外帶餐點，一份牛排只要150元台幣，還算是便宜，所以，生意還可以維持下去，等到疫情過去之後，這家店也終於站穩了腳步，我常常在回家路上，經過這家店，因為店是開在地下一樓，除非下樓查看，無法知道生意好壞，不過，一直想來這家店用餐看看。
當我和朋友到達時，前面只有一組排隊的客人，剛好店家有促銷活動，沙朗牛排只要299元台幣，於是我和朋友就各點了一份，店家的自助吧，有沙拉、飲料、爆米花、冰淇淋、湯品、大蒜麵包等，算是牛排館的標配都齊全了，我特別喜歡喝它的牛肉湯，不管怎麼撈都是滿滿的料，一不小心就喝了好多碗，但是朋友嚐試過牛排後，說肉質普普通通，我個人是覺得還行啦。
前面不是提到很多人的牛排館嗎？是真的，除了店的名字用了很多「人」字之外，其實用餐的客人也真的不少，據我觀察，很多來客都是比較能吃的學生族群，只要點一份排餐，就包含還可以的自助吧，加上不收服務費，與原本就較低的費用，難怪，客人絡繹不絕的入場，在這樣一個萬物齊漲的時代，希望這類經濟實惠的店家能夠生存的久一點啊。

The steakhouse I visited this time probably opened during the pandemic. Honestly, it was the worst time to start a business. During that period, the restaurant mainly offered takeout meals, and a steak meal was only 150 NTD, which was quite cheap. So, business managed to stay afloat. After the pandemic, the restaurant finally stabilized. I often pass by this place on my way home. Since it’s located in the basement, you can’t tell how busy it is unless you go down and check. But I always wanted to dine there.
When my friend and I arrived, there was only one group of customers in line ahead of us. The restaurant had a promotion, with sirloin steak for just 299 NTD, so my friend and I each ordered one. The restaurant's buffet includes salad, drinks, popcorn, ice cream, soups, and garlic bread, pretty much everything you’d expect from a steakhouse. I especially liked their beef soup; it was packed with ingredients, and I ended up having several bowls. However, my friend tried the steak and said the meat was just average. Personally, I thought it was okay.
Earlier, I mentioned the name of the steakhouse having a lot of "people" characters, and it’s true. Not only does the name use many "人" characters, but the restaurant is also quite popular. From what I observed, many customers are students with big appetites. For the price of a steak meal, you also get access to the decent buffet, and they don't charge a service fee. Considering the already low prices, it's no wonder the place is always bustling. In these times when everything is getting more expensive, I hope such affordable restaurants can survive for a long time.
