Oh I haven't had fried rice for a while too
Maybe ,I need to cook more rice so there will be extra to fry the next day ,😁

        The best type are overnight rice. One place used to cook the rice and put in the fridge overnight before they fried the next day. Then the rice won't be wet and stick together.
