📸 第一张和第十张，是我在测试员工英语听力和葡语阅读能力，正式启动“语言能力测试”项目啦～现场气氛意外热烈，员工也很投入，未来准备长期推进💬📘
🧾 第二张和第三张，是我们在办公室里开复盘会的实况图，主题是“员工调岗与表现反馈”，我也趁势起草了新的中葡双语协议版本，涵盖岗位调整、津贴变化和内部责任边界，力求合法合情又清晰落地。

📚 最近晚上都在读《周易天纪》，是好友 @celeste413 推荐的，现在已经写下近一万字的读书笔记。书里的节奏很慢，但越读越清醒，像是一种跨越时空的精神锚点，特别适合在海外这种快节奏的生活中找回内心的稳定。
💼 工作的脚步不慢：
这几天主打“字斟句酌”——除了文件写作，我还把书里的思想片段分享给了海外不同时区的朋友和莫桑比克当地员工。文化的力量，总是在不经意间连接人心~❤

📚 At night? Deep into Zhou Yi Tian Ji, a mind-expanding read. Already wrote nearly 10,000 words of notes. Ancient Chinese wisdom feels extra powerful out here in Mozambique ✨
