我今天分享的我湖南怀化娘家当地特色美食,几百年前老祖宗留下来的手艺,我们当地叫它为糖散饭,纯糯米做的,每到下半年就开始做,然后储放到过年前几天来油炸。

炸好以后可以直接吃,非常的香脆,不过在我们家乡都是用甜酒糟煮红糖水在泡,非常的好吃,在我们这边几乎家家户户都会做。

以前只有在过年时才会吃,现在生活条件好了,一年四季都有,外面有现成的卖,也有自己做,我家就是,我每次回去,我老爸老妈都给我留了,到我回去时就油炸,非常喜欢刚炸出来的,香满了整个屋子。

我老公也非常喜欢我娘家的这个美食,每次吃,都要泡一大碗,还要加两个鸡蛋,甜酒糟加红糖来煮水泡这个糖散饭,味道绝绝子,而且营养价值也高。

制作过程也简单,一看就会做,就是糯米要提前泡一个晚上,然后来蒸煮,为了颜色好看,还会买点食用红搭配,我也学做了三个,都成功了,真的很容易学。
