The two cooks I seen were Filipino. I believe the white guy is married to the female cook. The other cook appears to be her father. It much has the feel of a beverage place for coffee and bruskie drinking.

And yeah i felt ashamed a bit and and angry that tge best foods in our country were not represented well.

My favorite place is another Filipino restaurant. They represent your country very well and the Hawaiian cuisine. There they are all about thier customers needs and wants.
