I have some nutty recipes that I've come up with on my own. Or at last I lead myself to believe these facts.

The first, and possibly the one that gets the strangest glances:

Freshly Cracked Black Pepper on ordinary vanilla ice cream. I am a self confessed spicy-lover, but this actually tastes fantastic. I did it as a joke one night when I was out with friends at a waffle / pancake place, and I've never turned back.

Another - Salmon and Blueberries. I was at a friend's wedding. There was salmon. There was a plate with blueberries. I like both of these things. I got both of these things and had the desire to put both of them in my mouth at the same time. I was very pleased.

Things that were probably not my creation, but I've had on a whim = malibu and frangelico, mixed together, on ice = a bounty chocolate bar, basically.

There are other strange combinations that make my friends wince, but that's for them to do, and not to enjoy sporadic random food combination.
