Yes, well-seasoned fried rice is very tasty. I didn’t know it was called Nasi Goreng. Here in South America, we simply call it Chinese rice. And as you say, at home, you also give it a distinctive touch with the ingredients available.

I will share the recipe with my wife for her to taste on a suitable occasion.
