Hello Hive Fam, most especially my co-Pinoy Hivers! Tonight’s dinner was all about that street food energy we Filipinos love. I couldn’t resist flexing my plate, a mix of pork barbecue, crispy chicken skin, and isaw (grilled chicken intestines), all made complete with the classic vinegar sawsawan.

The smoky flavor of the barbecue, the crunch of the chicken skin, and the chewy goodness of isaw; each bite brought back memories of food stalls and late-night tambays. Pairing it with vinegar dip made everything pop even more. Simple joys, but they hit the spot every time!

Food like this isn’t just about taste; it’s about culture, community, and the comfort of familiar flavors. Sharing it here feels like bringing a piece of the street food scene straight to Hive.

Thank you for stopping by and checking out my dinner flex. Until the next post, Hive Fam, stay hungry for life and keep sharing those everyday stories! 🙏✨
