A special day is my paternal grandmother's birthday, and it was celebrated in a very different way because it was in the Llanero style.
My grandmother's name is Gladys Medrano, and she turned 95 years old, but her health is exceptional, and she is holding up very well.
She is in very good health and likes to eat everything, which is why her celebration was in the plains style because there was cake, but there was something more important.
The most important thing about the party wasn't the cake or the guests, because the most important thing was the food, which was served in the style of the plains.
The birthday meal was a typical Venezuelan dish consisting of the following:
Cachapa, which is ground corn in the form of a giant tortilla.
Queso de mano, which is shaped like a smaller tortilla but is very delicious cheese.
Beef and pork cooked on a stick over a wood fire.
Guasacaca sauce, which is made from avocado, garlic, mayonnaise, and oregano.
This is the most typical dish of the Venezuelan plains, and it shows how delicious that cachapa looks, along with some photos of my grandmother. Photos with my mother and grandmother.

Un dia especial es un dia de cumpleaños de mi abuela paterna y se celebro de una forma muy diferente porque fue al estilo llanero.
Mi abuela se llama gladys Medrano y cumplio 95 años de edad pero su estado de salud es unico y ella se mantiene en el tiempo muy bien.
Ella tiene una salud muy buena y le gusta comer de todo y por eso su celebracion fue un estilo llanero porque habia torta pero habia algo mas importante.
Lo mas importante de la reunion no es la torta ni los invitados porqie lo mas importante fue la comida que estaba servida al estilo de los llano.
La comida del cumpleaños fue un plato tipico venezolano que contiene lo siguiente:
Cachapa que es maiz molido en forma de tortilla gigante.
Queso de mano que es en forma de tortilla mas pequeña pero es muy delicioso el queso.
Carne de vaca y cerdo cocinado en vara y con leña.
Salsa de guasacaca que es hecha a base de aguacate ajo mayonesa y oregano.
Este es el plato mas tipico del llano Venezolano y dejo en evidencia lo rica que se ve esa cachapa y algunas fotos de mi abuela. Fotos con mi madre y mi abuela.
