Un saludo mi querida comunidad y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma, esta vez con algo que se ha vuelto prácticamente mi cambio de rutina en los fines de semana como es la visita al pueblo de San Agustín en Cumanacoa Estado Sucre, sencillamente porque el campo me encanta y me transmite un poco de tranquilidad en medio de tanta tensión que estamos viviendo los venezolanos, si le pudiera colocar un nombre resumen es mi via de escape.
Greetings to my dear community and to everyone who brings life to this beautiful platform. This time, I'm sharing something that has practically become my weekend routine: visiting the town of San Agustín in Cumanacoa, Sucre State. Simply because I love the countryside and it gives me a sense of tranquility amid all the tension that we Venezuelans are experiencing. If I had to sum it up in one word, I would call it my escape route.
Primeramente realizamos este pequeño viaje por dos razones, la primera me encanta el asado y aunque lo puedo hacer en casa no tiene comparación estar rodeado de tanta naturaleza, con todos estos sonidos que es una excelente terapia, segundo aunque creo que lo resumi en la primera opción, es por salir de casa para cambiar a otro estilo de vida ver animales, árboles y escuchar el sonido del agua de este gran rio, el cual he conocido muy manso y li do para echarse un buen baño y feroz y crecido que puede abrazar con todo a su paso.
Firstly, we took this little trip for two reasons. The first is that I love barbecues, and although I can do them at home, there's nothing like being surrounded by nature, with all these sounds that are excellent therapy. Secondly, although I think I summed it up in the first option, it is to get away from home and experience a different lifestyle, seeing animals and trees and listening to the sound of the water of this great river, which I have known to be very calm and perfect for a nice swim, and fierce and swollen, capable of sweeping away everything in its path.
Casi siempre salimos de casa después del desayuno para preparar el asado a la hora del almuerzo, todos participamos en la preparación y estar pendiente que la carne se cocine en la brasa al término que es. Está vez cambiamos el acompañante o contorno y nos compramos maíz tierno molido y realizamos unas deliciosas cachapas, toda la camisa quedó bien sabrosa, además de pasar un excelente momento junto a la familia compartiendo algo tan sagrado como son los alimentos y otras cosas un poco espirituosas que no pueden faltar.
We almost always leave the house after breakfast to prepare the barbecue for lunchtime. We all participate in the preparation and make sure that the meat is cooked on the grill to perfection. This time we changed the side dish and bought ground sweet corn to make some delicious cachapas. The whole meal was very tasty, and we had a wonderful time with the family sharing something as sacred as food and other slightly more spiritual things that are essential.
