Hola mis amigos, espero que estén muy bien, y su semana haya terminado de manera exitosa, ahora a disfrutar del fin de semana, por acá nos adelantamos un poco jajaja y nos fuimos, a disfrutar de unas deliciosas hamburguesas y una copita de vino con la familia, ayer la cuñada nos invitó a cenar hamburguesas en su casa, y pues no pudimos negarnos, estas reuniones inesperadas siempre son muy buenas jajaja, después de buscar a Micaela en la academia de música, pasamos comprando unas papas congeladas para freír, panes y nos fuimos, les cuento cómo estuvo esta cena.
Hello my friends, I hope you are all doing well and that your week has ended successfully. Now it's time to enjoy the weekend. We got a little ahead of ourselves here, haha, and went to enjoy some delicious hamburgers and a glass of wine with the family. Yesterday, my sister-in-law invited us to have hamburgers for dinner at her house, and well, we couldn't refuse. These unexpected get-togethers are always great, haha. After picking up Micaela at the music academy, we went to buy some frozen fries and bread, and off we went. I'll tell you how dinner was.
Cuando le dijimos a Mica que iríamos a cenar a casa de los tíos, brinco de la alegría, tenía tiempo sin compartir con su prima, y sin jugar con Bellota, la hermosa mascota de la casa, llegamos directo a prender la cocina para empezar con la preparación de las hamburguesas, porque ya se estaba pasando la hora de la cena, mi esposo nos sirvió un vino tinto, y muy amablemente se puso a hacer las hamburguesas, las mujeres, no nos opusimos jajaj, ayudamos en algunas cosas como, picar los vegetales, y cortar los panes, pero el encargado de preparar la carne, sazonarla y cocinarla, y las papas fritas fue mi esposo, mientras se hacía la comida nos pusimos al día mi cuñada y yo, es decir hablamos mucho jaja.
When we told Mica that we were going to dinner at her uncles' house, she jumped for joy, it had been a while since she had spent time with her cousin, and without playing with Bellota, the beautiful pet of the house, we went directly to turn on the stove to start preparing the hamburgers, because it was already past dinner time, my husband served us a red wine, and very kindly began to make the hamburgers, the women did not object hahaha, we helped with some things like chopping the vegetables, and cutting the buns, but the one in charge of preparing the meat, seasoning it and cooking it, and the French fries was my husband, while the food was being made my sister-in-law and I caught up, I mean, we talked a lot haha.
Cuando todo estaba listo, se prepararon las deliciosas hamburguesas, le pusimos, queso, jamón, cebolla caramelizada, tocinetas, y salsas, la mía con mucha mostaza jaja, estaban bien armadas jaja, sin duda que no hay mejor manera de comer una buena hamburguesa que hacerla en casa, siempre digo, que todo lo que se cocina en casa, con amor, jaja sabe mejor, llegó el momento de comer, primero se sirvo a los niños, Mica comió solo papas fritas y pollo, se disfruto su cena al máximo, al igual que todos, quedamos muy satisfechos con estas hamburguesas, el vino también estuvo muy bueno jaja, y por supuesto lo mejor de todo, el buen rato en familia, es maravilloso, un día atípico, porque normalmente nos reunimos los fines de semana, pero estuvo genial, después de comer, nos quedamos conversando un rato más, y luego a descansar.
When everything was ready, the delicious hamburgers were prepared, we put cheese, ham, caramelized onions, bacon, and sauces, mine with lots of mustard haha, they were well made haha, without a doubt there is no better way to eat a good hamburger than making it at home, I always say that everything that is cooked at home, with love, haha tastes better, it was time to eat, first the children were served, Mica ate only fries and chicken, she enjoyed her dinner to the fullest, as did everyone else, we were very satisfied with these hamburgers, the wine was also very good haha, and of course the best of all, the good time with the family, it is wonderful, an atypical day, because normally we meet on the weekends, but it was great, after eating, we stayed talking a little longer, and then to rest.
