Good evening Hive family, I hope you are very well, healthy, full of health and sharing pleasant moments full of happiness in the company of all your family or unconditional friends.
These days I have not been feeling well but I always think about the moments I spend with my family and in a way those memories are a great medicine and make me feel better and help me to recover quickly from all the discomfort my body feels.
A few weekends ago I cooked some delicious stuffed breads with vegetables, eggs and sausages for dinner with my family, I also prepared some pink sauce and guasacaca to add more flavor to the breads because you know they should always have good sauces to make them tasty and not so dry.
First I had to cook the eggs in hot water for 15 minutes, while on the other hand I had to cook the sausages, I like to cook them on the griddle because boiled they don't have that smoky flavor, I always put all the ingredients that I will use on the kitchen table so I can prepare each bread one by one, with love and without forgetting any ingredient.
The girls like the breads with sausages without vegetables, the rest we eat some stuffed with eggs and others with sausages, with enough gausacaca same I always leave the sauces available to each of the members of my family in case they want to add more, the soda for this type of dinner should never miss although frankly I think that we should start replacing this drink for natural juices because of the excess sugar that does not do good to the body.
Everyone ate and tasted this incredible weekend meal, which is always a great idea that yields a lot and so they can all be satisfied with their tummies, could not miss the words of Alys saying: "Mom, you are an excellent cook" although this preparation was quite simple, but that I made with love to share with my family.

Buenas noches familia de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien, sanos, llenos de salud y compartiendo momentos amenos llenos de felicidad en compañía de toda su familia o de amigos incondicionales.
Estos días no me he sentido bien de salud pero siempre pienso en los momentos que paso al lado de mi familia y de cierta manera esos recuerdos son una gran medicina y hacen que me sienta mejor y me ayudan a reponerme rápidamente de todo el malestar que mi cuerpo siente.
Hace algunos fines de semana atrás cocine para cenar con mi familia unos deliciosos panes rellenos con vegetales, huevos y salchichas, también prepare salsa rosada y guasacaca para agregar más sabor a los panes porque ya saben siempre deben llevar unas buenas salsas para que queden bien sabrosos y no tan secos.
Primero tuve que cocinar los huevos en agua caliente durante 15 minutos, mientras por otra parte tenía en cocción a las salchichas, a mi me gusta que se cocinen en la plancha porque hervidas no tienen ese sabor ahumado, siempre pongo todos los ingredientes que utilizare en la mesa de la cocina para así ir preparando cada pan uno por uno, con mucho cariño y sin que se me olvide ningún ingrediente.
A las niñas les gustan los panes con salchichas sin vegetales, el resto comemos algunos rellenos con huevos y otros con salchichas, con bastante gausacaca igual siempre dejo las salsas a disposición de cada uno de los miembros de mi familia por si acaso quieren agregar más, el refresco para este tipo de cenas nunca debe faltar aunque francamente pienso en que debemos empezar a reemplazar esta bebida por los jugos naturales por el exceso de azúcar que no le hace bien al organismo.
Todos comieron y degustaron está increíble comida del fin de semana, que siempre es una grandiosa idea que rinde un montón y así puedan quedar todos con sus barriguita satisfechas, no podían faltar las palabras de Alys diciendo: "Mamá, eres una excelente cocinera" aunque esta preparación fue bastante sencilla, pero que realice con mucho amor para compartir con mi familia.
