[ESP-ING] Sabor y Sorisas con mis hijos

Existen momentos que valen la pena recordar, compartir y disfrutar, me encantaría poder disfrutar muchos momentos con mis hijos y esposo a diario, son los momentos favoritos de mi vida, por ello valoró cada uno de esos momentos que Dios me permite estar con ellos, hace poco estabamos cerca de la plaza de San Juan, una plaza llamada así en el estado Aragua de la cual ha le por aqui hace un tiempo, estábamos haciendo diligencias e hicimos esta pequeña parada en la panaderia diagonal a la plaza, la cual lleva por nombre panadería San Juan.

La panadería San Juan es muy famosa por sus golfeados, las personas que lo conocen los prefieren por su tradición y su excelente gusto, he probado muchos golfeados y si me parecen que estos son los mejores hasta el momento, mis hijos ya habían venido sin embargo estaban pequeños y no se recordaban del lugar.

El lugar no es tan bonito, ya está viejo pero siguen haciendo esos deliciosos golfeados que vale la pena ir alla, puedes pedir golfeados solos o con queso de mano, los solos salen en 80bs y los de queso salen en 1499bs, compramos de queso pues los chicos nunca los habian probado de esa manera, yo pensé que no les gustaría con el queso sin embargo les encantó .

Pedimos nuestro golfeado y malta que no podia faltar para acompañarlo, se nota que los golfeados son nuevos del día, estaban en su punto, suaves, no tanta azúcar, el melao de papelon en su punto y el queso de mano que le daba el toque perfecto para acompañar el golfeado, apenas lo comieron se les derrite en la boca ambos quedaron encantados con este golfeado tenemos que volver a comprar más.

Escuchar a los chicos hablar de sus sueños y metas me llena de alegría, quisiera poder vivir muchos años para ver cada uno de sus logros, compartir momentos de calidad fomentan la unión entre nosotros, me agrada poder disfrutar de mis hijos con estos pequeños momentos, fue algo no planeado, algunas veces estos momentos salen mejor que los planeados y se disfrutan más cuando es algo que sale de manera auténtica .

There are moments worth remembering, sharing, and enjoying. I would love to be able to enjoy many moments with my children and husband every day; they are my favorite moments in life. That’s why I cherish every single moment God allows me to spend with them. Not long ago, we were near San Juan Square—a square in Aragua State that I’ve mentioned here before— We were running errands and made a quick stop at the bakery across from the plaza, which is called Panadería San Juan.

Panadería San Juan is very famous for its golfeados. People who know it prefer them for their tradition and excellent taste. I’ve tried many golfeados, and I think these are the best so far. My children had been there before, but they were little and didn’t remember the place.

The place isn't that pretty—it's a bit run-down—but they still make those delicious golfeados that make it worth the trip. You can order them plain or with queso de mano; the plain ones are 80 bolivianos and the ones with cheese are 1,499 bolivianos. We got the ones with cheese since the kids had never tried them that way before. I thought they wouldn't like them with the cheese, but they loved them.

We ordered our golfeado and a malt, which was a must-have to go with it. You can tell the golfeados are fresh from the day; they were just right—soft, not too sweet, with the perfect amount of molasses, and the queso de mano added the perfect touch to go with the golfeado. As soon as they took a bite, it melted in their mouths; both were delighted with this golfeado—we have to go back and buy more.

Listening to the kids talk about their dreams and goals fills me with joy; I wish I could live many years to see each of their achievements. Sharing quality moments fosters a bond between us. I love being able to enjoy these little moments with my children. It was unplanned—sometimes these moments turn out better than the planned ones and are enjoyed more when they happen authentically.
