Hello friends of this beautiful community, today I pass here to share this beautiful moment with my aunt, my mother and my grandmother, since we went to visit her and had the opportunity to have lunch together a rich eggplant pasticho.
Llegamos a casa de mi abuela justo en la hora de almuerzo y ya mi tía nos tenía preparado un rico pasticho de berenjena, estaba antojada de comerlo desde hace muchos días, de verdad que es uno de mis favoritos, me encanta su sabor, y lo mejor es que es bajo en grasas porque no lleva capas de pasta como tal, así que muy saludable también.
We arrived at my grandmother's house right at lunchtime and my aunt already had us prepared a rich eggplant pasticho, she was craving to eat it for many days, really that she is one of my favorites, I love its taste, and the best thing is that it is low in fats because it does not carry layers of pasta as such, so very healthy too.
Nos sentamos a disfrutar ese rico almuerzo juntas y realmente estaba exquisito, lo acompañamos con trozos de pan y plátano, y sin duda, lo más importante, estando juntas compartiendo ese bonito momento.
We sat down to enjoy that delicious lunch together and it was really exquisite, we accompanied it with pieces of bread and banana, and certainly the most important thing, being together sharing that nice moment.
Al finalizar la comida nos fuimos al cuarto de mi tía todas a reposar y a conversar, y allí pasamos el transcurso de la tarde. Yo amo estos planes, sin duda casa de mi abuela es de mis lugares favoritos e ir para allá siempre me pone feliz.
At the end of the food we went to my aunt's room all to rest and talk, and there we spent the afternoon. I love these plans, no doubt my grandmother's house is from my favorite places and going there always makes me happy.
