Listening to pain

Conceal me but still you will feel me. While conversing with pain I always got this answer. But what is that pain? Does it have a physical appearance? nope! My pretender smile is enough to notify the world that I am gladdest. Is it revealed in the form of injury? Nah, it's so lucky that you can't demonstrate its impression in physical state. But how you are going to comprehend what precisely it is.

When you will listen to someone. You will realize the pain, frustration and sadness in yourself too. When you console that person your own pain would speak in the form of tears. The frontal person will speculate that you are shedding tears for him/her. But internally the tragic version of yours is lamenting on the situation that you are handling. The pain tolerated in loneliness has limited importance.

But when you listen to someone, maybe your understanding, warmth will soothe that shattered soul.

Sharing of gifts is not significant. In front of me, sharing and caring for the pain of others is valuable. People can enjoy the happiness of yours I suppose. But rarely can listen to your unfortunate story. If they are inquisitive, this means they are also warriors of this pain too. Psychological fatigue we all encounter this. According to me, no one is having a stress free life. The sophistication we are having on the name of survival is making us all slaves. We are imprisoned in pain. Free bird also requires a boost by someone to move willingly in the air.

Will you be the someone who would be transferring your energies to make someone alive? You wouldn't have a deficiency of energy. Might be the same energy would be returned to you in future. Who knows God has assigned you to help His men. No one is always occupied, at least there should be time for others to rehabilitate too. I wish we have a psychologist who could listen to others. If this happens we wouldn't need to visit clinics.

Don't unlock the door for committing this. The person inside your family can also have this sickness. Your mother, who is endorsing your dad, might have some problems with that person too. She might have ideological disagreements, guilt and much more to say. The person occupying the wheel chairs might have something else other than generation gap complaints. The girl with the scarf might have some freedom based thoughts who wanted to smash the cage of restrictions. The gentleman might tell you something else behind that triumphant and inspiring brother tag.

If your eyes can discern the things, your ears can listen to others too.

Your sensory receptors are not always made for perception of your primary need. They have a role in feeling the pain and desires of others too.

If your words can heal others, don't feel shy to use them. Might be you need the same words to rehabilitate your soul too.

If your words can heal others, use words - YES - thank you for this!
And this:

Will you be the someone who would be transferring your energies to make someone alive? You wouldn't have a deficiency of energy. Might be the same energy would be returned to you in future. Who knows God has assigned you to help His men. No one is always occupied, at least there should be time for others to rehabilitate too.

My sister is in a terrible, horrific, excruciatingly painful battle with Stage 4 Stomach Cancer.
I can barely think of anything else. I'm praying constantly for her and have asked others to pray her her too. To transfer energy - here, Kelly, you can have mine. To take the pain of another - bring it on; if it were possible to lessen her pain, I would take the pain from her.

Thanks for this and may you be blessed and well.

I wish she has a rapid recovery. Amen. I can feel the pain you are having, the person who resides in your heart can't be left alone in pain. My dear lady, you can't lessen her pain but the warmth you are having will surely give her more courage .
May God bless her. 💕 lots of love for you and your sister🌺

Thank you so much, Ayesha!
It almost seems like I should STOP praying/wishing her well... it's hard to imagine she might suffer even MORE if not for me wishing so hard for her recovery. But sometimes I get superstitious or fatalistic (and EVERYTHING is my fault.) :)

thanks again!

Don't consider yourself faulty for anything dear. Stay blessed ♥

sweet lovely girl ..these words are so insightful and true

if we can see the pain, we can see it for a reason.

people need to take the time to share each other's burdens ❤️

Sharing pain isn't easy for anyone but if we provide genuine attention to that deserving person, I suppose many people can get the smile back on their faces 💕
Lots of love mam 🤗

This was so beautifully and thoughtfully written Ayesha. When we relate to and connect with others, we do so on a much deeper level if we are not afraid to share our vulnerabilities and our pain, our heartaches, and our struggles. Because when we act as a mirror to each other, we learn about both ourselves and the person with which we are communing. We also inevitably help both ourselves and the other person. Sharing vulnerability is truly honesty and trust in action within a relationship. And when we can share our uplifting energy too, that can make a huge difference in another person's life. !PIZZA !ALIVE !LUV

The best thing which u wanted to say is being elaborated by you Sam 🌺

Because when we act as a mirror to each other,

We are indeed the closest person at that time as we both are confronting the same phase. I believe having the same pain that has the same origin causes mental illness and anxiety. The power provided to us for healing is also identical
Thanks for your presence my love 🍫
