(note to self - my spanish is really rusty, I'm gonna switch back to English 😅) I hope to find you well my friend 😊 This is a much relatable post, as I have a restless mind as well! I share your strategy to calm down with movies and series but what I like most is comedy ones hehehe. If I have to think too much about what I'm seeing, my mind tends to diverge to my worries instead of watching 🙈.
Lately, I also rediscovered my joy in doing puzzles which is something that also helps me greatly in forgeting my worries and tendency to overthink and overanalize. I find those moments of pure focus on something else, on putting things together and finding the pieces very pleasurable. It helps me regulate and calm my toughts.
