You are right, we all should focus on ourself, the goal,s and the baggage that we carrying, and worry less about what others do, as long as we follow the general rules, then things should be ok, and always keep the rhythm to enjoy the work, in everything that we do.

        It's easy to get distracted and it's okay to fall into the trap from time to time, but if we want to go far the more we focus on what's really productive, the better. We will work less in the future!!
