NO TO SUGARY AND SALTY FOODS

Are there really adults who derive fun and pleasure by eating salty or sugary foods? even as doctors and health practitioners advices us on a daily basis to stay away from such foods because they can tamper with our health and body system leaving us vulnerable to sicknesses and diseases.

Although, there are certain foods that are salty and sugary but at the same time I believe that even if you want to have a good time and enjoy such meals, it should be less consumed or balance in a way that they would not take a negative effect on your body system. Certain foods that can be salty includes snacks like Pringles and so on, there are many foods that are also sugary like cakes, chocolate, sweets, soft drinks and so on, that many children love but it is advisable that people consume them less excessively because too much is not good.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that as human beings we should totally neglect or avoid salt and sugar because the same way that too much of them have negative effects on the body system, we also need them to boost some body nutrients. For instance, salt is necessary for some essential body functions because electrolyte like sodium have positive effects on the body but they should be taken in moderation.

However, they cons in taking too much salt is the fact that it can lead to high blood pressure, heart issues, and even cause water retention in the body. So also for sugar, it is a necessity for the body to boost energy and enhance the mood or elevate sugar levels while this is a good thing when it is taken in moderation there are also side effects when there are excesses. For instance, excessive sugars in the body can lead to obesity, it can increase the risk of diabetes, heart diseases and can cause tooth decay. This is why many parents try as much as possible to reduce the sugar intake of their kids because of the harm it causes to their teeth.

For me as a person, I am neither a fan of salty or sugary foods. There's no way I can stand salty food because once I taste too much salt in a food, I totally lost appetite in it. This is why I shy away from such snacks as Pringles because they are salty. Also, as a grown up lady who is well aware of her body system and the effect sugary foods has on my reproductive system, I tend to shy away from anything that has too much sugars in them.

Sugary foods have been known to affect women of menstruating age. when they take too much sugary foods before their periods, they experience heavy discharge, painful cramps and discomfort, hence it is advisable that women avoid sugary foods.

In essence, take things in moderation to stay safe

Salt and sugar,
Their excessiveness is very bad but we can't completely go away from them especially the sugar because there are some foods, drinks and fruits we are naturally attached to.
We should limit the intake though
