What did you have to do in order to obtain the card, other than pay the $10 that is. Was there an online course or something like that?

        Yes there was an online test that I never studied for just took the test the day I paid for the card. I intentionally missed the last 3 questions because I could get 3 wrong and still pass the test. It was all common sense and the questions were designed with multiple choice answers to make it easier to pass.
