Food is life. It always fuels our bodies, energizes perfectly our minds, and even helps to shapes our daily routines. Though, almost everyone has their own unique eating habits that do helps to reflect their lifestyle, their preferences, and most times, their health conditions too.
For me, eating is definitely more than just a necessity—it’s more of a conscious decision influenced by various factors.

  • But before I go in details, I'll acknowledge well the community for bringing this admiring topic for week so we all can learn better.

Quality or Quantity?
I am someone who really prioritizes quality over quantity when ever food is concerned. I only believe much that a well-prepared, nutritious meal, no matter how small it looks, is very much better than a large plate of food that really lacks the essential nutrients needed. I do enjoy meals that are rich more in proteins, vitamins, and the fibers, ensuring that my body here gets what it needs rather than simply filling my stomach with no impact.

  • That being said, there are most times when I indulge in the quantity too, most especially after a very long and hectic day of work or when sharing meals with family and my friends. However, I'll try to maintain balance ⚖️, really making sure that even when I eat more, I am truly consuming healthy and well-cooked food to my stomach.

When Do I Eat?
I'll say that I do not have a strict eating schedule as many do. My meal times are more often dictated by my daily activities. Sometimes, I do eat when I’m hungry, while other times, I'll eat whenever food is available and the one compulsory time schedule i have is making sure to eat in the morning.

As a very busy person juggling with different responsibilities, it can be very challenging to stick to a structured meal plan. However, I do always ensure I do not skip my meals entirely, as I understand the unique importance of keeping my body nourished all through.

Dietary Considerations
OF course I am not on any special diet for the therapeutic reasons, but I do as much try to avoid excessive sugar, junk and processed foods. I prefer my home-cooked meals because they do allow me to control what goes into my food. Drinking too plenty of water is also part of my eating habit, as sincerely hydration plays a crucial role in digestion and my overall health.

Avoiding excessive sugar and junk is quite a struggle more recently. Especially if one eat more outside. To make sure we eat healthier, it's best we make our own meals if we can. Like you said, it not about filling the stomach, we just have to eat right.

Let me just say I'm not really used to junks food.

I also try to avoid the junks and processed foods as much as possible. Home cooked meals are the best. I like the fact that you added water as part of this discourse. Staying hydrated is important too.

Definitely 😁 sir
