Our cells need energy to do everything from moving muscles to thinking,breathing and even keeping our heart beating.This energy comes from the calories of food,mostly from carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Without food,the body starts to break down its own tissue for energy, eventually leading to organ failure,so yes eating isn’t just a pleasure -its a biological necessary. Without eating, survival time is limited.We can only live a few days without food and a just days without water.
So we all have to eat to survive. In today's video I shared my lunch. It was a very simple menu. It was Bhat Patal Bhaji which is made with eggs. One of the favorite dishes of Bengalis. Then there was Dim Bhaji which is fish eggs made with potatoes.These fish eggs were made with potatoes and onions.Next was the Rui fish. Fresh Rui fish was bought from the market. This fish curry was made with potatoes.
We eat to survive, to stay healthy and functional. Food not only keeps our bodies healthy, but also our minds healthy. Eating properly and in moderation is the key to a healthy life.
