Hello everyone
Today, I found myself returning to NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya Boat Lagoon once again! 🍣✨ Not long ago, my family and I dined here, and the delicious flavors left such a lasting impression that we just had to come back. Plus, with its convenient location near our home, it makes for an easy and enjoyable dining experience. 🏡🍽️
Thailand is currently facing a serious air pollution issue with rising PM 2.5 levels, causing many provinces to be covered in thick smog. Fortunately, Phuket has been much less affected, allowing the sky to remain relatively clear and bright. Every time I see a blue sky, it makes me feel so grateful—it’s a simple joy that I truly appreciate! ☀️💙✨
Of course, on the way to the restaurant, I couldn’t resist capturing the surroundings—it has become a personal habit of mine every time I visit. 📸✨ I absolutely love the scenic view of the marina, with luxurious yachts neatly lined up across the water. The sight of them always adds to the charm of this place! ⛵🌊💙
While waiting for our food, the staff brought over a grilled buttered corn, topped with their special house-made chili seasoning. 🌽🔥 This complimentary appetizer is served to every table, and I absolutely love it! The combination of buttery richness with a hint of spice makes it such a delicious way to start the meal. 😋✨
Before long, our grilled saba (mackerel) was served—a dish that my husband and I must order every single time we dine here. 🐟🔥 The perfectly charred skin and the tender, juicy meat make it an absolute favorite for both of us! 😋✨
Next came the salmon donburi, featuring two types of salmon—smoked* and raw. 🍣✨ While both were delicious, I personally prefer the smoked salmon for its rich, savory flavor and slightly firmer texture. It’s always a satisfying choice!* 😋🔥
The final dish was the wagyu beef donburi, and it was absolutely delicious! 🥩🍚 The beef was tender and flavorful, melting in the mouth with every bite—a perfect way to complete our meal. 😋✨
With each dish served, our meal at NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya Boat Lagoon felt more and more satisfying. From the grilled saba to the salmon donburi and the rich wagyu beef bowl, every bite was packed with flavor and freshness. It’s no surprise why this place has become a go-to spot for my family and me. 🍣🥩✨
Beyond the delicious food, I also love the relaxing marina view, the friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere that makes dining here such an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re craving authentic Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a great place to unwind by the water, this restaurant is always a fantastic choice. ⛵🌊
If you ever find yourself in Phuket, I highly recommend trying NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya Boat Lagoon! Have you ever been to an Izakaya-style restaurant before? Let me know in the comments—I’d love to hear about your favorite Japanese dishes! 💬😊
