Hello everyone
Last night, heavy rain poured down until around 5:45 AM, just as I was about to get up, wash my face, and brush my teeth to take my son to school. At that very moment, I made a decision — I would go exercise at Saphan Hin Park, a place I hadn’t visited in quite some time. 🌧️🌿
After dropping my son off at school, I drove straight to the park and arrived at around 7:00 AM. The weather was just perfect — the sky was clear and the sea breeze refreshing. It was an ideal morning for a brisk walk along the waterfront. 🌤️🚶♀️🌊
I parked my car in the usual spot — the parking area beside the Kiew Tien Keng Shrine, which faces the sea. It’s a routine I’ve followed every time I come here. 🚗🌊 From there, I walked past the front of the shrine, heading straight toward the shoreline
The atmosphere after the rain was incredibly refreshing. A soft sunlight filtered through the sky, and both the sea and sky shimmered in shades of blue and white, creating a view that was truly beautiful. 🌤️💙🌊
To my surprise, a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky this morning — a gentle arc of colors stretching above the sea. It was such a magical sight to begin the day with. 🌈✨
Puddles of water were still scattered around the park after the heavy rain last night. Because of that, there were fewer people out exercising this morning than usual. 💧🏃♂️🌳
I really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on mornings like this. It brings a sense of freshness and leaves me feeling completely recharged and uplifted. 🍃😊✨
I mixed walking and light jogging along the seaside path, all while taking in the beauty of nature around me. It was the perfect way to move and clear my mind. 🏃♀️🌴🌊
At the end of the path, I entered the mangrove forest, where a solid concrete walkway winds its way through the trees. The path felt strong and secure under my feet, inviting locals and visitors alike to exercise and enjoy the serenity of nature in a truly peaceful setting. 🌿👣🍃
I spent about an hour at Saphan Hin Park before heading off for breakfast at a nearby Halal restaurant, just a short drive away. It’s one of my regular spots, and I absolutely love their chicken biryani and roti with curry and a fried egg — my all-time favorites! 🍛🥚🍽️
Starting the day with a walk by the sea and a warm breakfast felt like the perfect reminder to slow down and appreciate the little things. Nature, quiet moments, and comforting food — sometimes that’s all we really need. 🌿🌅🍽️
If you ever visit Phuket Town, don’t miss the chance to stop by Saphan Hin Park. Whether you’re looking to exercise, enjoy a calm morning, or simply watch the sky change above the sea, this place has a special kind of charm that’s hard to describe — but easy to fall in love with. 💙
Thanks for joining me on this little morning adventure. See you again in my next post! 😊✨
