Grilling the eggplant for an appetizer. Instead of making it for eggplant with eggs as torta, I made another recipe mix with tomato, onions, and ginger. I put a little amount of soy sauce, white vinegar salt and sugar. Its another kind of pickles from my own version. It makes me eat a lot of rice. Affordable meal and have a lot of benefits. Cooking food at home is better than buying outside but sometimes we are busy in out daily life, so we sometimes buy ready to eat foods.
