Chicken Adobo

I just missed the cooking method of my mother who taught me how to cooked. All of us,my siblings, though we had housemaid before but they basically reminded us all about life. She was hands on about our food and everytime she cooked something new, she would call us to see how to have the best outcome of the recipe.

Because I missed eating food from our kitchen, I refrained from order online and cooked for us yesterday. This was I cooked, my Filipino version of cooking the whole chicken using garlic, onions, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, bayleaves and turmeric plus chicken cubes. I used unsalted butter and not ordinary oil started stir frying the ingredients.
