
My sister cooked this intestine from goat . It is called goat towel . Most Filipino cooked it and called paklay. I don't like it much but since my sister is the one cooking it, I ate a lot. There is no u unusual smell because she washed and boiled it first before slicing and thoroughly cleaned it well before cooking.. She used ginger, garlic, onions and bayleaves to remove unwanted smell.
After cooking, it smells so yummy that made my tummy full and satisfied our lunch.
