We had left over yesterday so to avoid throwing in the garbage, I recooked the rice mix with eggs, a lot of garlic , onions, turmeric powder, and spring onions.
I am no longer eating rice but it depends on what viand we have. Some hearsay that rice causes diabetes so we need to adjust our intake everyday.
To have a perfect fried rice, fry the garlic until golden brown with sesame oil. I'm not using vegetable oil but olive and sesame oil for regular cooking and vegetable oil for frying only.
