What a beautiful morning when I woke up today, one member of the family prepared a cup of coffee with milk when she knows that I am already in the bathroom. It's my daily routine taking my shower first before breakfast. Sometimes I won't eat breakfast and a cupid coffee is already enough, then in a little while, I will eat breakfast and lunch together.
It's amazing there's a hot cup of coffee with milk today. She got ready for it because I don't like milk but she told me that I must mix the coffee with milk sometimes for health benefits.
A cup of coffee have a lot of benefits needed to our body especially our brain. It prevents major illness connected to our memory.. A cup of coffee may gives us longer life . So don't forget to drink it everyday. Just reduce the amount of sugar added on it.
