No meat and this is all vegetables . Stir frying with sesame oil, garlic , onions potato, carrot, young squash, and bell pepper . add a tiny amount of black pepper and salt to taste better.

Cooking this and served without rice. The potato itself served as carbohydrate replacement of rice . Its a kind of good food having good benefits to our health.
Easy to digest and not a heavy meal . Try and you will be surely enjoy the taste better than any other foods.
