Cooking mushrooms we picked ourselves 🍄‍🟫
The day before yesterday, we went mushroom picking. After heavy rains, the mushrooms grew well.
We walked through forest plantations, woods, and slopes.
It was a little chilly and foggy. 🌫️
But when we were mushroom picking, we weren't cold, we were even hot.
We picked a lot of mushrooms.
At home, we washed them and then put them on to boil. We boiled them twice. We added unchopped onions. 🧅 Onions show if there are any bad mushrooms. If the onions are light in color, then all the mushrooms are fine, but if they turn dark, then there are bad mushrooms.
But we knew which mushrooms to pick. We mainly picked champignons and blue-footed mushrooms.
And here's how to cook mushrooms. First, pour water into a pot and add the onions. Boil for half an hour, then drain the water and rinse the mushrooms again. Pour in water again and boil for another 20 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the mushrooms. Drain the water. Then you can fry them in a pan, as we did. Pour sunflower oil into the pan, add the mushrooms, and fry. Then add salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. 🧄
We ended up with delicious mushrooms.

This really looks great! I don't know anything about mushrooms, but I do love eating them. I wish I knew how to pick some wild mushrooms, because I'm just so afraid that some of them might be toxic or not edible.

It's really cool to see you do this, and I hope to see more of the things you do.

Thank you.
Yes, when picking mushrooms, you need to be careful not to pick the bad ones.
