A Very Pleasant Lunch
I believe that one of the best moments of the day is when it is time for lunch, because it is a space of time where we stop for a moment and enjoy one of the main pleasures that life gives us, it is how many minutes where we forget the worries and where we focus only on enjoying in detail every note of flavor that we are presented in the various combinations that can have a main dish.

Un Almuerzo Muy Agradable
Creo que uno de los mejores momentos del día es cuando llega la hora de almorzar, ya que se trata de un espacio de tiempo en donde nos detenemos un instante y disfrutamos de uno de los principales placeres que nos da la vida, se trata cuántos minutos en donde olvidamos las preocupaciones y en donde nos centramos únicamente en disfrutar a detalle cada nota de sabor que se nos presentan en las diversas combinaciones que puede tener un plato principal.
As many of you know I am a lover of cooking and in general terms I usually prepare my own dishes, since I find this activity cathartic and inspiring, where the power of our creativity seems to have no limits to fly and create the most wonderful and delicious dishes that we can find.
Como muchos de ustedes saben yo soy amante de la cocina y en términos generales suelo preparar mis propios platos, ya que esta actividad me parece catártica e inspiradora, en dónde el poder de nuestra creatividad no pareciera tener límites de volar para esta forma crear los platos más maravillosos y ricos que podamos encontrar.
This time the chef in charge of lunch was my mom, who would pleasantly surprise me with a main dish which stood out for its intense colors, good flavors and a great combination, where a small portion of rice stewed with carrots is accompanied with a good dose of lentils also very well prepared with vegetables, which would be the main source of protein in this dish, which would also be adorned with tomato, cucumber and lettuce, which was perfectly seasoned with a touch of salt and good points of lemon giving it a slightly acid touch, to complement this dish there is also an invention of my mom, it is a stew of red peppers with onion, which has slight sweet touches, but in general has an incredible texture, but it does not end here, as several pieces of fried plantain finish giving the perfect balance to a combination in which we can find an incredible multiplicity of flavors, but the most incredible thing of all is that it is a very healthy meal full of vitamins, proteins and minerals.
En esta oportunidad la chef a cargo del almuerzo era mi mamá, la cual me sorprendería gratamente con un plato principal el cual destacaba por sus intensos colores, buenos Sabores y una gran combinación, en donde una pequeña porción de arroz guisado con zanahoria se ve acompañado con una buena dosis de lentejas muy bien preparadas también con vegetales, la cual sería la fuente principal de proteínas en este plato, el cual también se vería engalanado con de tomate, pepino y lechuga, la cual estaba aderezada perfectamente con un toque de sal y buenos puntos de limón dándole así un toque un poco ácido, para complementar se presenta también un invento propio de mi mamá, se trata de un guiso de pimentones rojos con cebolla, el cual tiene ligeros toques dulces, pero en general cuenta con una textura increíble, pero acá no termina todo, ya que varios trozos de plátano frito terminan de darle el equilibrio perfecto a una combinación en la cual podemos encontrar una multiplicidad increíble de sabores, pero lo más increíble de todo es que se trata de una comida bastante sana y llena de vitaminas, proteínas y minerales.
