Oh wow... just walking in, the amazing aroma of the Kuay Jub broth hits you right away! This bowl is the legendary "Kuay Jub Nam Kon" (Rolled Rice Noodle Soup in Thick Broth)! Just look at the color of that broth! It's rich and intense, Chinese five-spice style, fragrant with spices, especially the perfectly punchy white pepper. The first sip is an awakening! The rolled rice noodles are perfectly chewy and soft, gliding down smoothly. The pork offal is prepared impeccably clean with no gaminess. And if you're lucky enough to get it with big pieces of crispy pork belly... oh my goodness! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, melting in your mouth! This is ten-star level bliss!
