But wait! Don't look confused! Don't scroll past just yet! Because this isn't just any ordinary Rad Na. This is "Rad Na from Jae Rassamee's," my regular spot, the place I often entrust my stomach to!
How should I put this... At first, I didn't expect much. It's just a familiar plate of Rad Na. But the moment I took that first bite... OH WOW! It was surprisingly delicious! Delicious in a way that caught me completely off guard! Delicious in a way that made me exclaim internally, "Jae! How is this SO GOOD?!"

วันนี้มีเรื่องจะเมาท์ให้ฟัง... เรื่องของเรื่องคือ ผมไปเจอของดีมาอีกแล้วครับท่าน! แต่มันไม่ใช่เมนูพิสดารพันลึกจากไหน ไม่ใช่ไฟน์ไดน์นิ่งหรูหรา แต่เป็นอะไรที่โคตรจะเบสิค โคตรจะธรรมดา ที่เราเห็นกันอยู่ทุกวี่ทุกวัน... ใช่แล้วครับ มันคือ "ราดหน้า"!
แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน! อย่าเพิ่งทำหน้างง อย่าเพิ่งเลื่อนผ่าน! เพราะนี่ไม่ใช่ราดหน้าธรรมดาทั่วไป แต่มันคือ "ราดหน้า ณ ร้านเจ้รัศมี" ร้านประจำที่ผมแวะเวียนไปฝากท้องอยู่บ่อยๆ นั่นเอง!
คือจะว่ายังไงดีล่ะ... ตอนแรกก็ไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมาก ก็แค่ราดหน้าจานนึงที่เราคุ้นเคย แต่พอกินเข้าไปคำแรกเท่านั้นแหละ... โอ้โห! อร่อยเฉย! อร่อยแบบไม่ทันตั้งตัว! อร่อยแบบต้องอุทานในใจว่า "เจ้! ทำไมมันดีขนาดนี้!"
คิดภาพตามนะ... เส้นใหญ่ (หรือหมี่กรอบก็ได้ แล้วแต่ชอบ) ผัดมาหอมๆ กลิ่นกระทะนี่เตะจมูกมาเลย น้ำราดหน้าข้นกำลังดี สีสวย ไม่ใสแจ๋วหรือเหนียวเป็นแป้งเปียก รสชาติกลมกล่อม เค็มนำหวานตามแบบพอดิบพอดี ไม่โดดไปทางไหน หมูหมักนี่ก็นุ่มมมม... ละลายในปากได้เลยคุณผู้ชม! ผักคะน้าก็สดกรอบ ไม่เหนียว เคี้ยวแล้วดังกรึ้บ!
ความพีคมันอยู่ตรงนี้แหละครับ! มันคือความ "ธรรมดา" ที่แฝงไปด้วยความ "ไม่ธรรมดา" ทุกอย่างมันลงตัวไปหมด ตั้งแต่เส้นยันน้ำราด ตั้งแต่หมูยันผัก มันคือความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดที่ทำให้ราดหน้าจานนี้มันอร่อยแบบตะโกนออกมา! ไม่ต้องปรุงอะไรเพิ่มก็ฟินแล้ว หรือใครสายจัดจ้าน จะเหยาะพริกป่น น้ำส้มสายชูนิดหน่อย ก็ยิ่งชูรสชาติเข้าไปอีก!
นี่แหละครับ เสน่ห์ของร้านเจ้รัศมี ราดหน้าบ้านๆ ที่รสชาติเหมือนเชฟโรงแรมห้าดาวมาทำให้กิน (เว่อร์ไปนิด แต่ฟีลมันได้!) ใครที่กำลังมองหาความอร่อยแบบเรียบง่ายแต่ตราตรึงใจ ผม "สากล" ขอปักหมุดแนะนำร้านนี้เลย! ไปลองแล้วจะเข้าใจว่าทำไมผมถึงตื่นเต้นขนาดนี้! มันอร่อยเฉยจริงๆ นะ ไม่ได้โม้!
