Get your napkins ready, folks, and follow me on this flavor adventure!
Kicking things off with the all-time hero: "Tom Yum Ruam Mit Nam Khon" (Creamy Mixed Seafood/Meat Hot & Sour Soup)! Oh. My. GOODNESS! Just look at that vibrant, intensely orange, creamy soup – it makes my heart flutter! "ผมสากล" คนเดิมกลับมาแล้วครับ พร้อมปฏิบัติการความอร่อยครั้งใหม่ ณ ร้านโปรดเจ้าประจำ ที่บอกเลยว่าแค่คิดถึงท้องก็ร้องจ๊อกๆ! วันนี้ไม่ได้มาคนเดียว แต่พก "สี่สหาย" จานเด็ดที่แค่เอ่ยชื่อก็ต้องกลืนน้ำลายเอื๊อกมาฝากกัน! เตรียมทิชชู่ซับน้ำลายกันให้พร้อม แล้วตามผมมาเลยครับ!
เปิดฉากด้วยพระเอกตลอดกาล "ต้มยำรวมมิตรน้ำข้น" (Tom Yum Ruam Mit Nam Khon)! โอ้ มาย ก๊อด! ซุปสีส้มจัดจ้านข้นคลั่กที่แค่เห็นก็ใจสั่น! กลิ่นหอมของสมุนไพร ทั้งข่า ตะไคร้ ใบมะกรูด พริกเผา เตะจมูกดังป๊าบ! พอซดเข้าไปคำแรกเท่านั้นแหละคุณเอ๊ย...รสชาติเปรี้ยว เผ็ด เค็ม หวาน มัน กลมกล่อมแบบลงตัวสุดๆ เครื่องทะเลเอย หมูเอย เห็ดเอย อัดแน่นมาเต็มหม้อไฟ ซดน้ำตามไปแต่ละทีเหมือนได้ขึ้นสวรรค์ชั้นเจ็ด! ความเผ็ดร้อนกำลังดี เรียกเหงื่อซึมๆ แต่หยุดซดไม่ได้จริงจริ๊ง!
ตามมาติดๆ กับคู่หูสุดคลาสสิก "ไข่เจียวหมูสับ" (Khai Jiao Mu Sap) ที่ดูเหมือนจะธรรมดา แต่ร้านนี้ทำออกมาได้ไม่ธรรมดาเลยครับ! ไข่เจียวฟูฟ่องสีเหลืองทองอร่าม กรอบนอกนุ่มในแบบที่ใช่! หมูสับที่สับมาพอดีๆ แทรกซึมอยู่ในทุกอณูของไข่ กัดเข้าไปเจอความนุ่มของไข่ ความหนึบของหมูสับ อื้อหือ...ราดพริกน้ำปลาสักหน่อย คลุกข้าวสวยร้อนๆ นี่มันคอมฟอร์ทฟู้ดที่แท้ทรู! เป็นจานที่ช่วยพักเบรกความเผ็ดร้อนจากต้มยำได้เป็นอย่างดี แต่ก็อร่อยจนต้องขอเบิ้ล!
จานต่อไป ขอเสียงปรบมือดังๆ ให้กับ "ข้าวคะน้าหมูกรอบ" (Khao Kana Mu Krop)! นี่คือดาวเด่นที่แย่งซีนทุกจาน! หมูกรอบครับคุณผู้ชม! หมูกรอบที่หนังกรอบบบบแบบเคี้ยวทีดังไปแปดบ้าน! เนื้อหมูส่วนสามชั้นยังมีความฉ่ำ ไม่แห้งกระด้าง ผัดมากับคะน้าฮ่องกงเขียวสดกรอบกรุบ ราดด้วยน้ำราดรสเค็มหวานกลมกล่อมที่ซึมเข้าไปในข้าวสวยร้อนๆ อื้อหือ...ตักหมูกรอบพร้อมคะน้าและข้าวเข้าปากพร้อมกันนะ...สวรรค์มีจริง! ความกรอบ ความมัน ความนัว มันระเบิดอยู่ในปาก! จานนี้ให้สิบเต็มสิบไม่หักเลยครับ!
