สวัสดีครับวัยรุ่นสายซวบ! พี่สากลคนเดิม เพิ่มเติมคือความหิวระดับสิบ! วันนี้พี่สากลพามาบุกรังความอร่อยที่คุ้นเคย ร้านประจำที่หลับตาสั่งก็ยังอร่อย นั่นก็คือ "ก๋วยเตี๋ยวนายลือ" เจ้าเก่านั่นเองครับ! ร้านนี้คือเดอะเบสท์ คือเซฟโซนที่เวลาโหยหาความนัวเมื่อไหร่ ต้องพุ่งตัวมาทันที และเมนูวันนี้บอกเลยว่า ดุดันไม่เกรงใจพุง!
เปิดประเดิมสังเวียนกันด้วยตัวตึงประจำโต๊ะ เกาเหลาหมูตุ๋น โอ้โห... คุณผู้ชมครับ! หมูตุ๋นร้านนายลือเขาไม่ได้มาเล่นๆ มันคือหมูที่ผ่านการเคี่ยวกรำในน้ำซุปยาจีนจนเปื่อยยุ่ย ระดับที่ว่าเอาเข้าปากแล้วแทบไม่ต้องเคี้ยว มันละลายหายวับไปกับลิ้น! ส่วนน้ำซุปก็หอมเครื่องเทศทะลุจมูก หวานกลมกล่อม ซดคล่องคอสุดๆ
แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน! งานคาร์โบไฮเดรตต้องมาครับ วันนี้พี่สากลจัดหนัก สั่งมาประกบคู่ทั้ง เส้นเล็ก และ เส้นบะหมี่ และแน่นอนว่าต้องเป็น น้ำตกหมู เท่านั้น! ใครเป็นสาวกก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือจะรู้ดีว่า น้ำตกร้านนายลือนั้น "ข้นคลั่ก" นัวลึกถึงจิตวิญญาณ!
ตัว เส้นเล็ก เหนียวนุ่มหนึบหนับ ดูดซับน้ำซุปสีเข้มๆ ที่ปรุงมาแบบเผ็ดร้อนจัดจ้านเข้าเส้นแบบเต็มพิกัด ซวบเข้าไปแต่ละคำคือฟิน! ส่วน เส้นบะหมี่ ไข่เส้นเล็กๆ เด้งสู้ฟัน พอมาเจอกับน้ำตกข้นๆ หอมๆ มันคือการผสมผสานที่ลงตัวแบบระเบิดตู้มในปาก!
