สวัสดีครับมิตรรักแฟนเพลงและแฟนคลับ "พี่โชค" ทุกท่าน! วันนี้พี่สากลไม่ได้มารีวิวอาหารตรงหน้า แต่มารีวิว "ความถวิลหา" ครับ! จู่ๆ ต่อมรับรสผมก็นึกถึงรสมือของ ร้านโชคอาหารตามสั่ง ขึ้นมาแบบดื้อๆ นี่คือ 3 เมนูเทพที่ผมยกให้เป็นเดอะเบสท์!
มาจินตนาการความฟินไปด้วยกันครับ:
- ข้าวกะเพราหมูสับ: เมนูสิ้นคิดที่รสชาติไม่สิ้นคิด! ผมจินตนาการถึงกลิ่นใบกะเพราฉุนกึกเตะจมูก ผัดแบบแห้งๆ น้ำขลุกขลิกเคลือบเม็ดข้าว กลิ่นกระทะไหม้นิดๆ (Wok Hei) ที่พี่โชคสะบัดตะหลิวมา คือเสน่ห์ที่หาร้านอื่นเทียบยาก พริกน้ำปลาพริกขี้หนูสวนซอยถ้วยเดียว... จบ!
- กะเพราไข่เยี่ยวม้า: จานนี้คือ Texture ระดับเทพเจ้า! ไข่เยี่ยวม้าที่เอาไปทอดก่อนจนผิวด้านนอกกรอบฟู แต่ไข่แดงข้างในยังหนึบหนับ มันๆ นัวๆ พอมาเจอกับรสเผ็ดจัดจ้านของซอสกะเพรา มันคือความ "นัว" ที่ระเบิดในปาก แสงออกปากของจริง!
- ผัดพริกแกงเนื้อหน่อไม้ดอง: ใครชอบความดุดันต้องจานนี้! เครื่องแกงเผ็ดร้อนแรง ผัดจนหอมตลบอบอวล เนื้อวัวติดมันนิดๆ เคี้ยวสู้ฟัน เจอเข้ากับ หน่อไม้ดอง (หรือหน่อไม้ดวง) ที่มีความเปรี้ยวแซมขึ้นมา มันช่วยตัดเลี่ยนและชูรสเผ็ดให้โดดเด่นขึ้นมาอีกสิบระดับ! กินคำเดียว เหงื่อแตกพลั่กแต่อร่อยจนวางช้อนไม่ลง!
