สวัสดียามเย็นครับพี่น้องสายแข็ง! มื้อเที่ยงว่าเด็ดแล้ว มื้อเย็นพี่สากลขอจัดหนักกว่าเดิม! ใครใจไม่ถึงหลบไป เพราะวันนี้เราจะปะทะกับ "พายุความแซ่บแบบอีสานบ้านเฮา" ที่แค่ได้กลิ่นก็น้ำลายสอจนทนไม่ไหวแล้วครับ! เตรียมข้าวเหนียวในมือให้แน่น แล้วลุยกันเลย!
มาดู 3 ทหารเสือที่จะมาเขย่าต่อมรับรสเย็นนี้:
- น้ำตกหมู: เปิดตัวด้วยความหอมทะลุจอ! หมูย่างติดมันนิดๆ หั่นชิ้นพอดีคำ คลุกเคล้ากับพริกป่นมะนาวรสจัดจ้าน แต่ทีเด็ดคือ "ข้าวคั่ว" ที่ใส่มาแบบไม่หวง หอมฟุ้ง กรุบกริบทุกคำที่เคี้ยว! รสชาติเปรี้ยวเผ็ดเค็มหวานมาครบ กัดเข้าไปทีน้ำตกชุ่มฉ่ำกระจายเต็มปาก โอ๊ย ฟินจนขนลุก!

- ตำแตงกวา: อีกหนึ่งจานที่ขาดไม่ได้! เปลี่ยนจากมะละกอมาเป็นแตงกวาสดๆ กรอบๆ ตำให้พอบุบ น้ำปลาร้าซึมเข้าเนื้อแตงกวา เวลากัดเข้าไปแล้วความฉ่ำของแตงกวามันระเบิดออกมาผสมกับน้ำยำรสแซ่บ มันสดชื่น! มันกรอบ! มันสะใจ! เคี้ยวเพลินจนวางช้อนไม่ลงจริงๆ
