สวัสดีครับ! ผม สากล นักล่ารสชาติของพวกคุณเอง! หยุดทุกอย่างที่ทำอยู่เดี๋ยวนี้เลยครับ! ตอนนี้ผมยืนอยู่ที่ร้าน "ครัวสยาม" ร้านข้าวแกงที่ดูแสนจะธรรมดา... แต่! สิ่งที่อยู่บนจานตรงหน้าผมเนี่ย มันคือ "ศึกมวยรุ่นเฮฟวี่เวท" ชัดๆ!
มุมแดง: พแนงหมู! คุณครับ... นี่ไม่ใช่แค่แกง แต่มันคือความฝัน! มันคือความนุ่มนวลของกะทิที่เคลือบทุกอณู ดูความมันเงานั่นสิ! กลิ่นใบมะกรูดหอมแบบ พุ่ง ทะลุจานออกมาเลย พอตักเข้าปากคำแรกนะ... ตู้ม! มันไม่ใช่รสชาติที่ก้าวร้าว แต่มันคือ "อ้อมกอด" ที่ละมุนลิ้น! หมูนุ่มมาก ตัวแกงก็ข้น หวานนิดๆ นัวเหลือเกิน มันเคลือบข้าวสวยร้อนๆ ได้แบบ... โอ้โห... ฟิน!
