ตำนานไร้นาม: ก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำที่อร่อยจนลืมถามชื่อร้าน!
สวัสดีครับเพื่อนๆ นักชิมทุกท่าน! เคยรู้สึกแบบนี้กันไหมครับ? ไอ้โมเมนต์เหมือนโดนสายฟ้าฟาดกลางใจ เวลาที่เจออาหารจานเด็ดแบบไม่คาดฝันที่เข้ามาเปลี่ยนโลกทัศน์การกินของคุณไปเลย... วันนี้ผมเจอมากับตัวครับ แค่ร้านใกล้ๆ บ้านนี่เอง!
เรื่องของเรื่องคือผมเดินเล่นอยู่แถวบ้าน ท้องก็เริ่มร้องเพลงตามสเต็ป จนเดินผ่านร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเล็กๆ ร้านหนึ่งที่ดูธรรมดามาก ไม่มีป้ายไฟนีออนหรูหรา ไม่มีของตกแต่งตามเทรนด์ เป็นร้านแบบที่เราอาจจะเดินผ่านเป็นร้อยครั้งโดยไม่เคยชายตามอง แต่วันนี้มีพลังงานบางอย่างดึงดูดให้ผมต้องเดินเข้าไป
ผมนั่งลงและสั่งเมนูที่ดูเหมือนจะเรียบง่ายที่สุด: "เส้นหมี่ต้มยำน้ำใสหมู" พอชามก๋วยเตี๋ยวมาเสิร์ฟ หน้าตาของมันก็... ก็เหมือนก๋วยเตี๋ยวธรรมดาทั่วไปเลยครับ ดูจริงใจ ไม่ปรุงแต่งอะไรมากมาย
แต่พอได้ซดน้ำซุปคำแรกเข้าไปเท่านั้นแหละครับ... โอ้โห! พระเจ้า! เหมือนเป็นการค้นพบครั้งยิ่งใหญ่!
น้ำซุปใสๆ ที่ดูไร้เดียงสานั่น มันคือรสชาติที่ระเบิดตูมตามอยู่ในปาก! มันไม่ใช่แค่เปรี้ยวกับเผ็ด แต่มันคือซิมโฟนีที่บรรเลงรสเปรี้ยวจี๊ดของมะนาว ความเผ็ดร้อนของพริก ความเค็มกลมกล่อมของน้ำซุป และกลิ่นหอมของสมุนไพรที่เต้นระบำอยู่บนลิ้น มันเป็นรสชาติที่ใสแต่ลุ่มลึก เบาแต่หนักแน่น ส่วนหมูก็นุ่มแบบเหลือเชื่อ แทบจะละลายในปาก และเส้นหมี่ขาวเหนียวนุ่มกำลังดี ก็ทำหน้าที่อุ้มน้ำซุปที่เปลี่ยนชีวิตชามนี้ได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม
ผมเหมือนตกอยู่ในภวังค์เลยครับ ทุกคำที่กินเข้าไปมันอร่อยขึ้นเรื่อยๆ โลกรอบตัวเลือนหายไป เหลือแค่ผมกับก๋วยเตี๋ยวชามเอกของโลกชามนี้
ผมซดจนหยดสุดท้าย จ่ายเงิน ยิ้มให้คุณป้าเจ้าของร้านอย่างคนเคลิ้มๆ แล้วเดินออกมานอกร้านเหมือนเพิ่งค้นพบความลับสุดยอดของจักรวาล และวินาทีนั้นเองที่ความจริงอันน่าสะพรึงก็ฟาดเข้ามาที่หน้าผาก... ในภวังค์แห่งรสชาติที่แสนสุขนั้น ผมได้ทำบาปมหันต์ของนักรีวิวอาหาร นั่นคือ ผมลืมถามชื่อร้าน!
ตอนนี้ผมเลยเหลือทิ้งไว้แต่ปริศนาที่แสนอร่อย มีสุดยอดฝีมือซ่อนตัวอยู่ในย่านของผมโดยที่ผมไม่รู้จักแม้กระทั่งชื่อ... ถือซะว่านี่คือภารกิจตอนที่ 1 ของผมนะครับ ผมจะกลับไปอีกครั้ง และผม ต้อง รู้ชื่อร้านนี้ให้ได้! ส่วนเพื่อนๆ ก็ลองมองหาร้านใกล้ตัวดูนะครับ ไม่แน่ว่าจานเด็ดเปลี่ยนชีวิตจานต่อไปของคุณ อาจจะอยู่ใกล้กว่าที่คิดก็ได้
