Hi hive friends, how are you all? Are you all well? I hope you are all well. Today I will post a photo of risol cake and how to make the cake.

Risoles are typical Indonesian snacks consisting of thin skin filled with a mixture of vegetables and spices, then rolled, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried until browned. Variations of risol fillings are very diverse, ranging from chicken, beef, sausages, to vegetables such as carrots and green beans.
Here are the ingredients for a simple recipe for making risol with filling.

250 grams of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
600 ml of water

200 grams of chicken, boiled and shredded
2 carrots, diced
100 grams of potatoes, diced
50 grams of peas
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 teaspoon of broth powder
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
200 ml of liquid milk
Coating Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
200 grams of coarse bread flour
How to Make Risoles:
- Making Risoles Skin:
Mix the wheat flour, tapioca flour, and salt in a container.
Add the eggs, liquid milk, and water little by little while stirring until the dough is smooth and without lumps.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan, grease with a little oil, then pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly to form a thin skin. Cook until done and remove.
- Arranging and Frying Risoles:
Take a sheet of risol skin, put a tablespoon of ragout filling in the middle.
Fold the risol skin into an envelope, close the ends.
Dip the risol into beaten egg, then coat with coarse breadcrumbs.
Let the risol sit for 15 minutes so that the breadcrumbs stick perfectly.
Heat a lot of oil, fry the risol until brown and cooked. Remove and drain Kawan-kawan hive.
