I have never made tomato and garlic ketchup like this at home before and how does it taste. That is what I am going to share with you. But most of the time in our house my mother makes chutney only with tomatoes. Which tastes a lot like this ketchup. Let's see the complete method of ketchup I made -

1.tomatoesHalf Kg
2.VinegarAs much as you like (two teaspoons)
3.Sugar150 grams.
4.Chilli powderone teaspoon.
5.Saltto taste.
6.Garlic8/9 cloves.

First step:-

First, I bought tomatoes and vinegar from the market. Then I put all the ingredients in one place.

Now, cut the tomatoes into pieces and peel the garlic.

Now, put a pan on the stove and add the chopped tomatoes, water and salt in it and boil it with the required amount of water and cover it with a lid.


Fourth step:-

After 3/4 minutes, remove the lid and add the peeled garlic and cook it well with the lid again.

Once it is cooked, I put it in a bowl and shake it with the help of my hands and remove the husks. I didn't have a blender at home, so I strained it with a sieve using my hands.

Now put the pan on the stove again and added the tomato and garlic paste to it. Then I added sugar, chili powder and vinegar one by one.

Now I stirred it well for 3 to 4 minutes. Then I took it out in a bowl.

Tomato and garlic ketchup is ready. Now it's time to taste it. Honestly, its taste was amazing. Which I can't explain to you. Did you have any difficulty in making ketchup at home?

There was no difficulty. However, I had to struggle a little to make the mixture due to not having a blender at home. Apart from that, I didn't have any problems, I made it very easily. Which I have tried to show you in the video and pictures.


What would you say about the taste and freshness of your homemade ketchup compared to the market ketchup?

Honestly, I eat market-made ketchup or sauce a lot. I also had it last night. I like the taste of my ketchup compared to the taste of their ketchup. I will give it a 10/10 rating. Market-made ketchup is often not healthy. That is why making it at home is also good for our health.
