In my post I share about my experience eating oyster mushrooms with instant noodles, this experience I felt when visiting one of the natural tourist attractions in the interior of Pidie, Aceh, Indonesia. Instant noodles are usually cooked using a mixture of eggs only, different from the instant noodles that I ate, this instant noodle is mixed with oyster mushrooms and eggs.
The ingredients used are a cooking set and a portable stove for cooking utensils, while for cooking are instant noodles, oyster mushrooms, shallots, garlic, chilies, tomatoes, cooking oil and water.





The cooking method is very easy, heat the cooking oil first, then add the sliced shallots and garlic, then add the tomatoes and add water. After a few minutes, continue by adding the oyster mushrooms and instant noodles. After the noodles start to cook, add the chicken eggs. Just wait a few minutes for the oyster mushroom noodles to be ready to serve. The taste of the mixed oyster noodles is very delicious because the texture of the oyster mushrooms is soft and slightly chewy and can make me really addicted. That's a little of my experience eating instant noodles mixed with oyster mushrooms, I hope my friends like it.
