This post is about our activities last Saturday night at Check in Cafe in Sigli, Pidie, Aceh that I haven't had the chance to share here. Saturday night is the right moment to unwind and gather with the closest people. In Sigli, one of the perfect places to enjoy the evening with family or friends is Check In Café. As soon as you enter the cafe area, a modern atmosphere with a touch of contemporary decoration immediately greets visitors. No wonder, Check In Café is always crowded with visitors every Saturday night, both from young people, families, and couples.

We arrived at around eight at night. After choosing a seat in the cool semi-outdoor area, we immediately ordered various mainstay menus. Starting from heavy meals to light snacks, everything is available here. Not only that, this cafe also provides a selection of contemporary drinks such as coffee, mocktails, and special teas that are perfect to enjoy while having a casual chat.

The main menu that we ordered included special fried rice, Aceh seafood noodles, chicken steak, and carbonara pasta. Each dish came with the right portion and an appetizing appearance. The fried rice was savory and served with tender slices of chicken, while the Aceh noodles were spicy, perfect for lovers of regional flavors.

For snacks, we chose cheese fries, chocolate cheese toast, and crispy fried bananas. These snacks are perfect to be enjoyed with drinks like matcha latte and iced coffee with palm sugar milk which are favorites in this cafe. The taste is just right for the tongue and not too sweet, suitable for all ages.

Not only about the food, the service at Check In Café also deserves a thumbs up. The staff serve in a friendly and responsive manner, making the dinner atmosphere even more comfortable. Even though there were quite a lot of visitors that night, our orders still arrived on time without having to wait too long.

The warm chat between us just flowed, accompanied by the light acoustic music played from the cafe speakers. It felt like this Saturday night was very memorable, not only because of the delicious food, but also because of the togetherness that felt so warm. Check In Café has indeed succeeded in creating a place that unites tastes and stories in every meeting.
