Sour Dough Bread

I made a post a few days ago about Sour Dough bread and why its a good option if you're having bread. You can find that post here if you're interested.

I bought the bread in Sullivans Grocer, a little independent coffee shop and bakery in Oughterard. It's easily my favourite shop in the world. On my most recent visit, I departed with a delicious coffee and a loaf of sourdough.

Ablaze's Hearty Sourdough with Rocket, Sun dried tomatoes, Pork chops and Cheddar cheese

Armed with one of the best loaves of bread around, I made my way home and made one of my signature sandwiches.

Firstly I fried some pork chops and put two aside for my sandwich.

Next I sliced and buttered the sourdough.

Now it was time to see what else would go with porkchops and Sour dough.

Sun dried tomatoes ✔️

Rocket ✔️

Cheddar cheese ✔️

Once the bread is buttered, add your bed of rocket or other healthy green like lettuce.

Now slice your pork chops and add on topnof the healthy green

Next add your tomatoes

Now slice your Cheddar cheese

Add the cheese to your sandwich

Now you're ready to go, grab a glass of milk or water to keep things healthy.
